Barbara Schade is a dynamic consultant with a strong knowledge of Oracle Applications and successful achievements in Oracle-related projects in both industry and consulting.

Ms. Schade has an intimate understanding of financial systems, accounting structure, and project management and brings years of experience to consulting for Celantra Systems. With over eleven years in IT consulting and over sixteen years working with the Oracle Applications as a Business User and a consultant, with analysis, design, implementation and rollout, user support, training, and project management responsibilities.

Project management achievements include several European rollouts of the Oracle Applications as both a Business Applications Manager and an external consultant; Oracle Application implementations across multiple sites, countries and regions, including Shared Service Centers for multi-national organizations, proving the ability to adapt a global system to local requirements without breaking the global design and process consistency.

Specific projects include Financial Testing Consulting for IM Ivory Mountain/Cassel Consulting at the U.N. Agency in Switzerland; Methodology Quality Control for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting; and Manager for Business Systems Europe for Sprint International and Global One.

Ms. Schade is fluent in both German and English, with a working knowledge of French. Ms. Schade is originally from Germany and now resides in England.
